Special Dedications
You have left this world,
But not our minds.
Nor our hearts
Where we can find
Sanctuary
In our memories.
From days when
I could see
Happiness when
You’re with me.
Now, on this earth,
I find
I wont see you
outside my mind.
Yet I carry on
Your legacy.
And let live
Your will to be.
A soul so pure
On this imperfect Earth
Found Heaven the cure
To escape the worst.
But you’re not gone,
We feel you watching
From above,
And while things are tough,
We do what we can
For you and each other.
My eternally beloved
Grandmother.
You’re not gone.
You’ll never truly leave.
You’re not gone.
In memory of Grandma Terry.

David, This poem almost made me cry every time I read it. Just remember that both Grandma Terry and I love you very much. I just wish she didn't have to go so soon but I'm happy that she doesn't have to feel anymore pain. I wish things with the family would have been better before she died. I hope she knows how much we all love and miss her. I'm just sad I never got to say good-bye. Well, got to go. I hope when my 18th birthday comes in June....You'll be able to make it to my party.
