Spicy Holidays - Poem by Alexander Julian

It's raining perfume as a nourished cloud to hide old stars away,
Cream pours from wet flowers by cherry red deer off to let me sway.

Topic(s) of this poem: flower, me, old, rainy season , red, star, stars, wet

Form: Couplet

Poet's Notes about The Poem

I've been influenced by a Christmas ornament, some French uniforms, and lots of terrible clowns. I hope my readers are happy on those holidays that exist without unison from family populations; there's regret about my past and future because survival attempt is nauseating on brisk mornings to wide open spaces. A dance can be consumed for this small rhyme!

Very rich with a sense of some religious intensity in design. That design including this poem. (Report)Reply
