Spirit Of A Soul Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Spirit Of A Soul

Standing alone, no one in the vicinity of this mind, feeling numb, not wanting to talk or communicate with anyone right now in life.

Just wanting to be lost and alone in a contemporary world of poetry and music, because that's where this poet excels, an interior bluened light capturing mind and intellect.

Cultivating the spirit of this soul, intriguing sounds finding their way into curiosity, whetting its appetite fully, sighing without for life is not being lived anymore.

It has become too much to handle, therefore this poet will fade away into a nonexistence even though you may still see me, falling down, rising up, just being.

Not wanting to come out of an interior bluened light of the Divine for that's where this life is being kept together in spite of other trials.

Abandoning and losing sight of the reality of this life, it is temporary yet fulfilling at times, learning lessons, using some of them and discarding the rest.
