Spirited inspiration

Pen
then and now even
it proved mightier than the sword
with the use of effective words
think of an ancient communication
where the spirit in voice was the main
the royal courtesans used to praise the kings on the battlefield
the royal patronage was held
Pen gets spirited inspiration
directly from the heart with a burning sensation
it may be in the form of happiness
or the patriotism with deepness
it can cut men into size
without the use
of the blade or sharp weapon
the language penetrates deeper even
We have examples before us
when mighty rulers lose the trust
and confidence from the people
the pen comes to the aid of struggle
today you may also notice
the use of the pen with great promises
the ruling governments' have to swing into action
after seeing the people's reaction
