Church works will not be in vain,
Unlike what others believe;
They say these deeds give no gain,
The profit they won't receive.
Serving God is not without
Sacrifices and hardship;
The unbelievers do doubt,
Avoiding the true worship.
But each Church Of Christ member
Makes sure he obeys God's will;
Despite the rugged weather,
Yes, in spite of having ill.
Like a farmer in the field,
We work with so much fervor;
Feeling the pain that's revealed,
Like a woman in labor.
These will not be put to waste,
As guaranteed by the Lord;
Sufferings shall be erased,
Our ardor won't be ignored.
On the great day of harvest,
We'll be glad to see the fruit;
Like a mother who gets rest,
Holding her newborn so cute.
