Stake Out? ? ? Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

Stake Out? ? ?

Conjecture plays ever heavily
In these days of 'what's really going on
Outside vehicles parked so perfectly- -
To perhaps catch someone elses computer wrong?

In a parade of all white vehicles- -
Lining the street instead of the trees
One gets the feeling that mores going on
......................Than meets the eye
Perhaps a hidden agenda no one see's!

One does not need to be Albert Einstein
To do this equation in a very short time
One only needs to inspect closer the vehicles
To come to the answer of this snooping crime.

No rabbit ears are needed as in days of old
The picture becomes clear as on a television screen
Watching tenaciously with 'righteous indignity'
As things 'are not always what they seem'.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Police and others and what they do to keep track of what is going on.
In this town it is becoming more and more common because of the high rate of home invasion, assault, and drugs.
