Status To Have Havoc Had Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Status To Have Havoc Had

A doing to refuse warnings received.
To consider meaningless.
Foolish and pointless to believe.
Can be a painful experience to find,
Wealth to obtain it.
And social status to gain,
Sustained authority to do as one pleases.

Ultimately brings grief and sorrow.
To those who follow blindly behind,
Another to discover...
Has been programmed to destroy for fun.

And pleasure to create a chaos done.
For the profit this pockets.

Like no other can do.
For the fame and name to claim,
A status to have havoc had dictated!
Celebrated to heights,
Not soon to duplicate the awe this makes...
To have jaws and tears to drop nonstop!
Leaving many with wishes to have had listened.
