Stay On Course Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Stay On Course

Rating: 5.0

Like a rolling ball made of adhesive…
A route is traveled as notions attach
Some do not make a lasting impression
Others sink in and seal shut with a latch

In the course of a day challenges arise
The secret is to follow your intuition
Rarely are answers right before your eyes
Do what feel right; that’s the solution

Sometimes a progressing plan gets sluggish
It’s okay to take a rest and catch your breath
There will be times when don’t get your wish
A forward direction is what guides kismet

Careful and avoid brick walls that interfere
Stay well rounded and exercise you rights
Watch out, but do not cower from your fears
Polish your ambitions to attain great heights
