Strange, The Poison Still Pleases Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Strange, The Poison Still Pleases

Venom of the venomous varies,
The way corporeal crave comes, harries,
If consumed venom kills,
Coveted a crave grills;
How strange a poisoned potion pleases.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Cravings are compared here as more venomous than venom. Venom kills only if consumed. Cravings kill by coveting.

Thanks Kumarmani Mahakul. If a kind-heart poet says 'brilliant', it has to be at least good enough.
