Strangers Poem by Katherine Graven

Strangers

Rating: 5.0

Beginning as Strangers
Eyes revealing
Tempted a must
Blinded by lust

Selfish reasons
Taking and taken freely
Entangled bodies
Finding brief passion

Alikeness so distant
Never eye to eye
Wanting more
Finding the other a bore

Lust has no pleasure
No respect or trust
Leaving no us
Ending as strangers
