Writing continually has helped with living a difficult life,
using both music and writing has saved this poet from many
things that would not have turned out too well.

Writing to music has developed into a way of contemplation
that calms and soothes this mere poet, a way of healing and/
or curing whatever is going on within this being medically.

At any given time, a solitary focus going deeply within,
being immersed in a bluened light keeps an intense focus and
induces contemplation in a very intense form.

Leaving everything in the poetical process helps keep stress,
turmoil and anger away from strategies of writing and music
throughout this temporary world of ours.
