Sudden Change Poem by Manonton Dalan

Sudden Change

tangled branches
leaves were gone
litter much of ocean
not clear but brown
to a far satellite; see
gauge from valley

so quiet now empty
foundations were left
uprooted trees; puddles
sound of sadness linger
to once peaceful place
home of happy faces
