Suicide Poem by Akintola Akindele

Suicide

Rating: 5.0

I walk up the hill,
Have tried pill,

Nothing seems to work,
Jumping off this rock,

Is the only way to escape this cruel world

I walk up the hill,
At the back of the mill,

To jump off the rock,
Where they lay the Kirk,

And be bury among the daffodils.

The poem is the reflections from some darkest hours.Thank God you chose the course of light and on the way to creative sharing. Realise that you get the sweet daffodils in your life itself and adorn yourself with their beauty.
