Surely I Am Falling Poem by Rage Allay

Surely I Am Falling

Rating: 4.4

Who would have thought that I deserved a bit of heaven?
The angels must be smiling at what had just happened.
My heart is thrilled at the thought of your existence;
The butterflies in my stomach are fluttering without pretense.
I'm doing things out of the ordinary,
My feelings are quite in quandary.
You seem to hold a key to a treasure in my life,
For, things are unlocking these past few days and nights.
Whatever it is that binds us together,
I surely feel so much better.
So here's one tiny bit of advice,
Please hang in there for the rest of my life.

A very good poem. And the first line sounds as a classic aphorism.

this was so lovely to read it brought back a memory of how a chance meeting can turn your whole perspective on life on it's head, over and it heals. Who would have thought it possible? God only knows, smiling at you, TAi
