Surrender - Poem by Alicia Meyers
I surrender,
I can't win with you,
You win,
And I lose.
I can't play this game,
This so called 'drama, '
That you made,
That I'm ending.
I'm done with your lies,
And done with your jealousy,
I can't take it anymore,
Just stop talking.
I surrender,
I have the flag in my hand,
Waving it around,
Saying I'm done and we're even.
But that's not good enough for you,
You have to crush me like a bug,
Break my heart into a million pieces,
And win this fight.
To be honest;
I care and don't care what you say about me,
I care because I want to know what you think,
And I don't because you're just a stupid-bored-rich wanna be.
But whenever I say something to get back at you,
You come up with something ten times worse,
You just took my saying,
But twisted so much that it hurt.
So I surrender,
I can't win with you,
You win,
And I lose.
