Leave aside all these filibusters,
Nought would what a milk-washed fact musters;
Facts are tough to digest,
Fiction, hard to harvest,
Keeping clean comes ahead of dusters.

The title literally means ‘Clean India'. We allow all the mess to accumulate for years; no preventive measures, and then blow billions in cleaning up this mess, and that too little to show for result. If there is one thing common for all poor countries, it is that they spend their resources on unproductive projects, in inefficient ways, fire-fighting and the like that can be easily avoided with a little bit of planning and more meticulous implementing.

In case of under developed and developing countries the rulers and leaders are focused mostly on self interests including amassing as much as possible wealth. For maintaining their grip on the situation they go on fooling the people by undertaking such projects at the cost of national exchequer. A thought provoking write. Thanks for sharing.
When the eye is more on bragging points and than solid result-oriented action, you are right Ratnakar Mandlik.
