Sweet Dawning. Poem by Fay Slimm

Sweet Dawning.

Rating: 5.0

Light creeps casually along misty panes,
Spreads it's creamy white on shadowy walls,
Pauses to hang up night's corners to dry,
I, unchained now, awake smelling sweet morning.

Attention then claims our yesterday songs
Which, learnt by heart, bear repeating again.
Ethereal words shape time into dreams
Replete now, we unfold our own new dawns.

Oh my, I simply bask in your words like I am taking this lovely sensuous bath in lucious oils. Thank you for sharing your work with us Fay. Do you have a book published? ? I will order it from Amazon if you do. Susan

A loving touch of freshness you create with each new piece Fay....Your soul is one that many in life search for...I happy knowing that I have been blessed in having you in my heart as a friend.....You forever paint with loving shades....10++
