Taking The Crazy Out Of Me... Poem by Sebastian Melmoth

Taking The Crazy Out Of Me...

Taking the crazy out of me brings tears dripping the war paint of my soul
Facial mask reflects untrue reflections, hiding the broken man underneath on a pitiful edge
Life's pressure beating the reason out of me, I just don't want to feel so bad anymore
Hurtful thoughts hold me back in minds trap hoping for the spark to wake me up and let me be the person I know I am
Say no to the fog of fear, the dark clouds of hate blinding my future path
Say yes to you, yes to peace, yes to calm and find the jugsaw pieces ready to place in a kind hearted heart
The play of tragedy where my story's plane doesn't have to crash, where I can pick myself up walk away to better days
Be hope, be peace, be love, be happier as time passes by
Jump over the rainbow to the place you can love you for you and feel comfortable in births skin again
Grab the chance to be free, show others the swagger in your kindness glow
Those pills, potions just don't cut the mustard anymore, looking to the clouds for inspiration to get a grip on my emotions
Taking the crazy out of me not as easy as 1,2,3 not as simple as ABC
Carve the world you want, the ever evolving, the ever sculpting the person that will never be perfect but will be true.
