Taunting Change Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Taunting Change

Enrapt in melodies as they comfort and soothe interior feel-
ings and emotions continually, taunting them to change, want-
ing more than just sadness and sorrow,

Hoping for interesting and invigorating thoughts to alleviate
the pain and suffering of just being alive, thoughts sliding
above and across archways of colorful rainbows.

Falling down upon a waterfall interiorly, absorbing meanings
and purpose, fulfilling definitions of life on the way down
into pools of coalescing prose that meets others head on,
leaving no room for doubt or fear.
