Tears - Poem by Sunil D'pudi
In the dark room
A dry leaf
Among the pages of an encyclopaedia.
Bangs her fist
To the wooden cabinet.
The physical pain
That smother the heart
And tear the flesh.
Falls freely down her cheek
With the mascara.
And her love stays.
The fresh scars on her breast would stay.
And the dry leaf too.............would stay.
