Thank God For His Blessings! Poem by Latha Govindasamy

A thankful heart with glorifying tongue in praise of The Lord Almighty. Writing for the edification of our Lord is the hallmark of ingenuity. Thanks for sharing Latha and do remain blessed.

If we are thankful to god for his blessings, we will be naturally thankless for his curses too. Isn't it? Thanksgiving is only a Christian concept but we too have learnt this art in the course of time. God never curses or blesses anybody from Vedantic point of view. We need not pray him for our individual welfare. Our Karmic wheel is really responsible for our rise and downfall. If this wheel is in tact, a force of Providence will be simply pushing us to safe shores. We can actually see it in our life. Then, what must be asked standing before the god? That ultimate knowledge by which we can liberate from this bondage of life. This is the basic issue dealt in Bhagavatham. Are we ready to accept the life unconditionally? This is the question. See, I am only trying to throw more light into the concept. That is all. Thanks.
