Thankful For Strangers Poem by Jim Yerman

May we be blessed to acknowledge all the wonders in our life
that have, for us, thus far accrued…
and to begin each day with a word of thanks…
and thoughts of gratitude.

Today I'm thankful …thankful to no end
for all the strangers in my life…
who then became my friend…

For when you stop and think about it..
before into friendship we were immersed..
these friends we've made throughout our life…
they were all strangers first?
