In spirit you may roam,
I can't see you but i feel,
That you are still beside me,
If only to be real.
To guide me through each day,
At peace along life's way,
My mind shall taste the calm,
To keep me safe from harm.
Let me hear your whispers,
Through the woodland trees,
Let me hear your heartbeat,
Here right next to me.
In heaven you may wait,
Outside that golden gate,
For there i'll hold your hand,
We'll walk that special land.
