The Accident Poem by Juan Olivarez

The Accident

Rating: 5.0

An accident you say to me,
oh yes, it is a certainty,
a big explosion out in space,
created all the human race.
It made the sun it made the moon,
it made the oceans and sand dunes.
It made the trees and flowers too,
and you say ' I ' don't have a clue.
it made all creatures big and small,
summer, winter, spring, and fall.
And i look at you and can't believe,
that anybody could be that naive,
cause i see God in everything,
in trees and oceans, i see the King.
The invisible king who knew of me,
way before he made the sea.
You say ' an accident, why can't you see? '
not by a long shot, will i concede.
you need to just open your eyes,
and raise you heart up to the skies,
and you will know what you deny,
there was no accident, that, was the lie.

According to Newton's First Law of Motion, an object if static it will remain static and if it's moving it will continue its motion in a straight line, unless and until an external force is applied upon it. Where from the external force came for the Big Bang?
