The All American Kitten Squad Poem by Ted Sheridan

The All American Kitten Squad

Rating: 5.0

There are so many dead birds to be found
On the front lawn...or in the back...
On their backs with legs up...in the garden
Like so many spring onions....
Robins and Sparrows
Mockingbirds (those winged demons from Hell)
Catbirds and Cardinals....
There are baby birds and old birds...
Torn apart and some left whole....
My wife predicted this carnage when she said....
'There's a new Kitten in town'
Now who is it that said....
America can't protect her borders?

Loved it Ted....., but my sick, mutated mind would have made it 'The All American Pussy Squad' or 'The All American Liberal Pink Power Faction'...., and you know who I'm talkin' about....! ! !
