The Black Spot
In the dark night
I saw the black spot
In my unpleasant dream,
It said to me in a gruff voice,
'Write me, '
I gently denied it,
Being angry and frustrated,
The dark spot tried hard
To destroy my beloved pen
With its evil strength,
But in vain,
I was firm and resolute,
Thereafter with a rejuvenated spirit
I wrote a masterpiece about the white soot of the earth.
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
