The Blue Tit's Reflection Poem by Margaret O Driscoll

The Blue Tit's Reflection

Rating: 5.0

A blue tit busily peering
at the wing mirror of the car,
seemed to me to be thinking
'This rival mate won't get far'

It's reflection seemed to irk it,
time after time it came back
launching itself at the mirror,
until finally giving up the attack!
