The Boxer's Punch Poem by Randy McClave

The Boxer's Punch

When a woman shows a red flag
Punch a heavy bag,
And punch it fast and hard
In the gym, or in your own backyard.

When a woman causes you fits
Then punch quickly on the punch mitts,
Punch as quick and speedily as you are able
Soon, you will be relaxed and stable.

When a woman causes you to lose hope
Jog, and then skip the rope,
Then shadow box alone in the ring
Finesse and calmness it will surely bring.

When a woman breaks promises and tells you lies
Be very smart, and ever so wise,
Practice on your movement and your footwork
Be patient, and don't ever go berserk.

When a woman finally pushes you way to far
Now, it's time to go to the gym and spar,
Release all your tension and your pain
Now think, and strategize with your brain.

When a woman has completed a hurtful plan
Remember this, your not a boy, but a man,
And indeed you truly did out fox her
Now, you are in shape, and also a champion boxer.
