The Breaking Of Clouds Poem by Mihaela Pirjol

The Breaking Of Clouds

Rating: 5.0

The sunrays
tickle the clouds;
laughingly
they spread into the sky,
forgetting to rain;
and the sun sings,
‘Good-morning! '

I break the clouds
around my heart,
with the humming
hammer of my thought, —
and it breaks
the clouds in tears,
somewhere...

my heart is intended
to remain intact:
I mutter mantras
and Om chants—
to break the spell
which its chords
enchants!

I break the clouds around my heart, with the humming hammer of my thought, —...touching expression with metaphor. A beautiful poem so nicely executed.10
