端午

蝉鸣一树喧哗，性情更比夏先热
竹韵半天宏伟，清雅堪同月永新
五月江江波涌，万鼓龙舟歌赤子
午时户户泪流，千家艾酒祭忠魂


The Dragon Boat Festival

The chirping of cicadas in a tree clamors
temperament is hotter than summer
The bamboo rhyme high in half a sky is magnificent
its elegance can be new forever like moon

In May in every river, waves surging
ten thousand drums in the dragon boats
singing the man loyal to his motherland
Tears shedding in every household
absinthe in a thousand families
worshipping the loyal soul at noon
