Water
In its many forms
Cold
Like ice
Frozen in
Needles of discontent
Warm
Furious
Angry
in steam
Boiling
Thunderous
And awe inspiring
In a waterfall
Subdued and now
I
Musical
In a brook
Tinkling
Splashing
Gurgling
So entrancing
Calm and placid
Like a green ponds surface in a
Vast stretch of land
Reflecting a peaceful sun
Fairylike
Dreamy in perfect white
Snowflakes
As they drift
gently
Silently
To settle
and soothe
The living
Over years of anxiety
Water
The elixir
Of life
Placates
And quenches
Every thirst
Every whim
Very good poem - I like it's truthfulness. It quenches my thirst for water in many forms.
