The End - Poem by Anna Dietze

I look out my window
To a world of emptiness
The memories of us
Blowing away in the wind
I don’t want to remember you anymore
You’re out of my life
For good
We could try to be friends again
But it’ll end up in disaster
Like before
I hope you found someone better
Someone more like you
We were too opposite
Like water and oil
I don’t know what else to say to you
Its not like you hear me anyway
Here’s the end
Of you and me
