The First Time You Saw Him Poem by Norah Tunney

The First Time You Saw Him

Rating: 5.0

The first time you saw him,
his mystery wrapped itself around you,
like an ancient poem
calling you home,

you felt a deep sense of belonging,
Love recognizing itself,

and you sensed
something vaguely familiar,
some trace of a memory,
like a faded photo
from long ago,

and when you gazed
into his blue eyes
on that winter afternoon
you knew deep down-
your body would lie in his bed
under the snowy midnight moon.

Romantic- -every word alluring to a woman who is falling into deep attraction. Sensuous without blatant wordage- -the best form of written sexuality. Another excellent piece. Greatly worthy of a 10+_+++++++++++

yes there was a strong attraction and a sense that there was more to this encounter than just a fleeting thing which turned out to be true
