Be Kind Poem by Norah Tunney

Be Kind

Rating: 4.3

Be kind, Be kind

Sometimes
in the dark mists of grief,
you are carried
on the wings of kindness,
someone looks into your eyes and weeps,
a stranger hugs you
on the street,
a friend
continues to listen,
long after everything
is said,
it is kindness
that gets you out of bed,
only two things
matter in life,
be kind, be kind.

A beautiful message.....to be kind to oneself and to be kind to others really does make the world a better place and definitely worth getting out of bed for. Kindness given is kindness returned.

I agree we only have these short years to be gracious and kind to one another.
