The Girl Who Couldn'T Wait Poem by niky mur.

The best gift a girl can get, seems so small but yet so big....
Wrapped in brown and dark black sheets, she waited for her life to seek....

With a bow wrapped on top, she couldn't wait 'what could it be? '
She pondered on through the house, screaming, shouting and even kicking!

Everyone told her she had to wait, because the best things in life come when you do....
She didn't listen and with that said...she stomped right off to bed

As she waited in the dark, she stared straight up with blank thoughts..
She tossed and turned in her sleep, she sat up and thought 'what can it be? '

The very next day she found a way to somehow take a peek, but first she thought of all the things that she might wanted to seek...

She thought of bears and candy worms, she even thought of a puppy named rose...but then she thought of the most wonderful thing....
She thought it must be a handsome king...

Eager to see what was inside, she took one peek then she turned pink!
She thought of all the things it could be...but then she thought..'how could this be? '

But then she walked off with a smile...then she mumbled 'what a wonderful treat'
