The Gracious Rain
(Two Pairs of Couplets●Eleven Words of Quatrain)


Mountains and water echo, smilingly ask the soft breeze coming to the grass cottage
Clouds and sky pleased, again shed the gracious rain to moisten the orchid branches
West gate blowing snow, wind flat and waves quiet, the boat will come
Royal garden chanting the plum blossoms, rain quiet and lamps black out but the people don't sleep

云天合意，再兴慈雨润兰枝
