The Hand To Lend
K-iss the long night goodbye,
A-nother year has begun;
R-evelry displays fireworks,
Y-our birth brings some fun.
L-et the beacon January first
L-ight up the double celebration;
E-arly Sunday morn meets the sun above the horizon.
N-ew dawn is about to break,
A-s the dusk is about to end;
Z-ealously learn to have open arms,
A-lways have the hand to
L-end.
