The Housewife Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

The Housewife

She walks on fire
At the break of the day
Her body is straight and tall
She glows in the morning ray

She smiles at the birds
Gives them nuts and rice
She lifts dusts from her broom
As she sweeps the floor twice

She walks in water
Her body drenched sweat
Her walk is majestic in work
Her swing is real earthly trait

She lives in dreams
Woven with love and care
She becomes an angel that
Lives In heaven in his loving stare

(Part-2) Rarely do the housewives get recognition for their contribution to the family. Most people think that housewives sit idle at home and do nothing.Their work go unnoticed and their labour is never valued. I really appreciate your attitude towards housewife.
