jaantay ho kis ne banaya hai tumaiN
tumain zindgi dee, chara diya
nadi k paas aur vadioN main diya;
tumaiN shaandaar vastr diyay
komal kapDay ujli oon k diyay;
jo vadioN ka dil khush karti hai
vo madhur tumain awaaz dee!

He is called by thy name,
For he calls himself a Lamb:
He is meek & he is mild,
He became a little child:
I a child & thou a lamb,
