The Late Bloomer Baby Boomer - 29 Poem by Richard Wlodarski

The Late Bloomer Baby Boomer - 29

The Late Bloomer Baby Boomer - 29

The journey to discovery begins
Cool cloudy morning in stuffy city
Toronto disguised as The Big Apple
Soon being left behind for adventure
New York will come to life in Times Square
California Beach Boys Surf City
Mexico exotic senoritas
All that beauty overshadowed just now
As we're on the outskirts of motor city
Soul music and rhythm and blues soothing the soul
In the arsenal of democracy
Good burger Budweiser and The Supremes

Days turn into weeks...
And weeks into months...
And months into years...
