May the love of God in our life
Be greater than any strife.
So that when days turn cold and dark
This love's warmth will find its spark.
And it shall light the journey through,
Showing the things we must do.
For it can free the mind from fear
And fill the heart with such cheer.

So when we feel like being sad
Because things just turned out bad
Let His love give us strength to stand,
The faith that His plans are grand.
For it's the best He has in mind
And soon we will come to find
These events are gifts from above
And what's behind is God's love.
