The Naked Tree Poem by Sarah Persson

The Naked Tree

Remnants of quaint freedom are heart felt,
Watching the final autumn leaves fall,
A naked tree, of which I can feel is
Not afraid, just aware of the inevitable.

Standing alone in the silent renewal,
Held majestic, yet gentle in grace,
Innocent respect of a new beginning,
Delightfully, silence once more has its place.
