Some people need and others crave.
Some simply dip their chips; others spread it on thick
There are those who can remain under control
while those around them panic
with their addictive fears; fearful of losing
whatever it is they hold in their head,
heart or hand at the time.
Some people need and others crave.
Some people medicate with a spoonful of sugar
to make the medicine go down; others overdose
on an abundance of unbridled desires to FEEL
what just doesn’t exist; least of all to them…
