The Old Fishing Man Poem by Luo Zhihai

The Old Fishing Man

The Old Fishing Man

The old fishing man by the river became my bosom friend
The mountain people beyond the Great Wall like my neighbors
Frost-wind and shadows of willows shake the heart of autumn
Thunderstorm and dew on the lotus leaves shake the mood of summer
