The Other You Poem by Sandra Feldman

The Other You

Rating: 5.0

Love won't come back, not ever,
Once the one you love is gone,
And pain will be forever,
Locked in the remaining one,
Love unifies the spirits,
A complicated bond,
That does not ever disappear,
When the other one is gone,
For as long as you're together,
Love makes of two, just one,
When the other's gone forever,
Half of you is also gone.

So true! A person who loved his/ her beloved with heart and soul feels so empty, if the one he/she loved deserts him/her! I can sense your pain here Sandra! But crying over what we have lost will only make our life miserable! Find engagements to forget the taunting past! A 10
