The Power Of Love Poem by Gerald Opio

The Power Of Love

When dawn strikes, the ambience of the morning beam of light reinstates hope in my heart ~ invigorating moment it is!
Drawing to the window, to have a peep on the outside, the beautiful view enchants my soul ~ coaxing me to move outside.
As I step out, I am mesmerized by the morning breeze, how cool it is with an optimum feel of the morning sun ~ I am already captivated by the beauty of day.
Reflecting the day with its origin, I can't help but admit, it was out of ardent love that it came to pass ~ when God said, 'there shall be day and night.'
In ages past, when God's spirit hovered over the waters, wisdom tagged along ~ wisdom that brought the earth into existence.
Earth so wonderfully made, out of love and utmost regard for mankind ~ exhibited when man was given dominion over all the creatures and non living creatures that were created.
This exemplifies a love so powerful, unprecedented and commensurate to none ~ only Yahweh could encompass a love so flawless.
The power of love bore us into existence, and happily here we are ~ living under the guiding lights of Yahweh (Hallelujah) .
