The Return From Missing - Poem by Eila Mahima Jaipaul

suddenly you were there again
pulsing and beckoning
filling me with hunger
like starvation
without thought
I want to reach out
and fill the emptiness in myself
with you
in an avalanche of fire
in a storm of need.
