I've seen many rivers,
Beside the rocks they lie,
But I've never seen such a river,
With no one standing by.
Everyone has a cause,
You'll know it soon because,
Bottles and cans are those,
People throw in the river to dispose.
Before you bathe your self and animals,
Why don't you try to link,
If you use water without misutilizing it,
Nature will give you twice than you think.
Keeping our rivers clean and sparkling like they are originally would be honoring nature's beauty. Cannot see why people want to go to the river, then do nothing but pollute it before leaving. Excellent poem Rashmi! ! Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn
It is our duty to keep our rivers clean and unpolluted. It is only then we will be getting back their water manifold. The poem warns us against our wrong practices also: Bottles and cans are those, People throw in the river to dispose.
If you use water without misutilizing it Nature will give you twice than you think. Very commendable thought. Enjoyed reading the meaningful poem. Thanks.10 points.
