I jump over rivers
In the middle of the night
I walk straight through them
I face the slush the mud
Even though I do not believe my eyes
The rivers of dreams
I have set off to rest
Tired, hostage at midnight
I swim continuously and without rest between them.
Endless water in my dreams
Rivers that flow endlessly
Then loneliness is combed
Every meditation begins.
My rivers never sleep
They have gifted me their attributes
Even in the dark well of night they find me
New roads to challenge.
The rivers have been wild for some time
In the my dreams in winter nights
I do not know how to quieten them
Maybe, a return to youthful dreams.
A work of an active imagination, well articulated and nicely brought forth. A beautiful creation Fatmir. Thanks for sharing and do remain enriched.
'The rivers of dreams I have set off to rest Tired, hostage at midnight I swim continuously and without rest between them.' Thanks for sharing. Joshua.

It's a sparkling piece of poetry! I find a liquid movement from top to bottom! Lucidity of poetic expression makes it endearing! My favorite lines: The rivers of dreams/I have set off to rest/Tired, hostage at midnight/I swim continuously and without rest between them....Very commendable piece of work! I vote the poem with a 10
