The Road Ends Here Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

The Road Ends Here

The road ends here,
I have reached here
With flying colours,
Being very pleased,
I fall deep asleep,
After a while someone knocks me,
Soon I wake up
And see the greatest road actually begins
In front of me,
It invites me gladly to start an infinite journey.

Hmmmmm. I'm okay with that person waking you to get back on the road again as long as he wasn't wearing a black cloak and carrying a scythe. But this reads very much the way I fear, tell me how wrong I am please.

Life entails many roads to tread It never ends. A fine poem with a meaningful message in life.
